Nature of Digital Products

Because Digital Store products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once a product has been downloaded.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered if a product is defective, materially misrepresented, or was not delivered. Refund requests must be submitted within refund window, e.g. 14 days of purchase.
