Digital Product Licence

This Digital Product Licence governs your use of products purchased through the NodusTech Digital Store, including templates, dashboards, spreadsheet systems, financial models and other business tools (“Digital Products”).

Licence Grant

Upon purchase, NodusTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Digital Product for your own internal business or personal purposes.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense a Digital Product as a standalone product.
• You may not claim authorship of a Digital Product or its underlying design.
• You may not share your purchased files publicly or through file-sharing services.

Permitted Use

You may customize and use Digital Products internally within your organization, including adapting templates for your own business operations.

Ownership

NodusTech retains all intellectual property rights in Digital Products. Purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of the underlying work.

Updates & Versions

Where a Digital Product receives updates, purchasers are entitled to access the latest version as described on the product’s page at the time of purchase.
